Reached out through their writer landing page, then took a writing test to see if I could match their style. Overall not too bad, the test was about 2000 words of writing based on a prompt.There were no questions, only a test

...Upper management are extremely hostile to any kind of collective action/unionization and are willing to actively sabotage their own company in order to punish writers for asking to be treated with basic respect, and paid the minimum standard professional rate....
