Mission: Volume Nine helps companies use digital marketing to create a predictable, steady stream of customers. Our mission is to align with your business 100% so we can keep you on track with the ever-shifting digital marketing industry.
Volume Nine is committed to a workplace that empowers and engages its most valuable asset, Our People. We accomplish this through Workplace Culture, Work-Life Balance, Training & Development, Giving Back to the Community, and Benefits.
In working with our team, you’ll find that we aren’t your typical Internet marketers. Our halls aren’t crawling with stressed out professionals decked in suits, and you won’t find us ordering $20 cocktails at the local yuppie bars. Instead, you are more likely to find a group of energetic geeks who wear jeans to work, like snowboarding on weekends, and prefer the taste beer from a local brewery.

Are You Looking to Crank Up Your Career?
Then, look no further! We’re one of Colorado’s largest SEO firms & we are dedicated to hiring top talent. Like most small businesses, we started out in a basement (Chuck’s basement to be specific). However, we dedicated ourselves to being a little different then most SEO companies, and because of that, V9 has taken off and is now hit the Inc 5000 and Denver Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies for the past 3 years.

I worked at Volume Nine full-time (More than 5 years)
One of the, if not the best company I have worked for in the past 20 years! Management is always going above and beyond to take care of the employees. As it is a fast paced environment, they really do take the time to make sure everyone is included and make you feel like you are actually a part of the company, not just an employee. A lot of the little benefits make it all a worthwhile place to work, ie can work remote 2 days a week, unlimited PTO.
My previous fellow employees were some of the best and smartest people dedicated to making clients and V9 a success.
It is a smaller company and some challenges do come from that in a work environment. Fast paced, can be stressful at times with so few employees which can lead to burn out for some. Although some do thrive in these types of situations, not everyone does.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work! As V9 expands and grows, make sure to keep the value on the employees and not just clients. Good help is hard to find.
I applied online. I interviewed at Volume Nine in March 2017.
The interview process was great overall. It does take quite a bit of time, but I never felt like I was waiting around for a response. There are three steps, a questionnaire, a call, and then an in-person interview. Volume Nine was clear from the start that the interview process is not short, as they are trying to find the best fit for them and take additional steps to do so, which I really appreciated.
The questionnaire gave me a good understanding of the depth and breadth of knowledge that Volume Nine was looking for. It was about 20 short answer questions. The call was great with the People Department after that. Super laid back and easy going. Lastly, the in-person meeting was with the President and the Account Director and was also very relaxed. They were both very cognizant of my time. A few days later, I was asked to provide three references and I received a formal offer letter shortly after.
