Same thing as everyone seems to say. Piano music and time and a half if you are lucky enough to work Sunday's (usually only applies to part timers)
Customers are able to take advantage of the system to where it becomes disheartening. Literally, whatever they want, we give.
Customers are able to return anything at any time with no restrictions. Holding up one cash register that covers 2-3 departments (and only one employee )with over an hour of returns from a single individual is ok. How does that relate to superior customer service when I cannot help any other?
Same with those that bring in multiple receipts and have us check to see if they were marked down...
Register system is the slowest I could ever imagine.
Advice to Management
Ban the offenders that do nothing but consume our time.
And perhaps let JIM know that the Christmas gift this year was the definition of narcissistic
