    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Vorwerk (Rome (Italy)) in October 2017.

    Interview

I had 3 interview rounds: HR, Manager, Director. The last was a technical interview with a presentation of a marketing plan. After 3 days they came back with an offer of a bit higher pay but a lower contractual level. I asked for at least the same level and after 2 further days they call me with "Sorry, we are looking for someone more Junior than you, we can't offer you this job anymore. Bye".
After 3 interviews, a technical meeting, and several mails they discovered that I am too much experienced and they are looking for something different.
Well, after all, thank you, that's not my style of a serious place to work.
