Start up style culture where you can have an impact. The culture promotes getting to know and going the extra mile for your clients. Real team feel to most departments.
Resource constrained. HR has strict rules about compensation and raises. Lacks defined roles and responsibilities for non-traditional items, this leads to items falling through the cracks and meetings simply to figure out who will own an item.
Advice to Management
Encourage a culture that promotes your all stars not one that hangs on them.
