There were a few people there really into collaborating and learning from each other. Overall management had a good sense of humor which was invigorating.
There was a rapid hiring of junior people that didn't have the skills to do the work. This made for highly variable quality. It seemed like doing good work wasn't valued.
Advice to Management
Make your highest-skilled, most productive, most billable employees feel valued. Reward loyalty and trust with transparency and compassion. Don't grow too fast without the client base to support it.
