At Vungle we've built processes to better open up our candidate pool and remove bias from our hiring and our promotion process. We have over 30 nationalities in a company that is just over 300 people strong and we are proud of this. But just as importantly, we need to make sure that we have an environment that is inclusive, that welcomes people who have the skills and values to do the work and also come from a variety of backgrounds.
Over the years we have rolled out the following training and processes: structured interview process, hiring for Company Values (emphasizing on “culture add” and not “culture fit”), unconscious bias training for all new hires, transparent care
