Very patient and willing to give an opportunity for new employees to find their own way to make the company shine. Training for the job was a top priority and it shows in the way I have been able to help the company to grow.
Very little in the way of benefits, being a small company.
Advice to Management
Shorter intervals between reviews and raises would be greatly appreciated.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at W.C. Service (Simi Valley, CA) in March 2010.
I applied online and received a call back within a week. I was then asked a number of questions about my background by phone. Then I was invited in for an interview with a consultant hired to screen applicants. My second interview brought in the owner. I was notified by phone the next day that I was being offered the position, which was followed up by an email with a formal offer to sign.
Negotiations were not really offered. As this is a sales position, there was a projection of what was possible to make, given the number of deals generated and when they closed.
