    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at W Hotels (Washington, DC).

    Interview

I applied online, and the whole process took about two weeks. I interviewed with an HR representative, which was quite pleasant. Eventually, I met with the Director of Operations. Both asked situational style questions to determine if I was a fit their organizational culture. They further discussed the details of the position.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe an episode in your work history involving an unhappy customer. What went wrong, and how did you handle the situation? What did you learn in the aftermath?   Answer Question
