    Approves of CEO

I have been working at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital (More than 8 years)

...built and run on blood sweat, tears, honesty and a deep sense of unrepentant loyalty. WJB, the CEO in particular, has a long and storied history of taking the high road and doing right by their people. Sadly, some amazing people have been caught up in reductions in force and, while I can almost understand the need to vent here, albeit anonymously (DR), I would suggest instead of feeling bitter and entitled, try to be thankful for the opportunity to create, implement and manage your initiatives in a true entrepreneurial environment while enjoying superior benefits, matching 401K and compensation well above the going rate. This is experience that you can, and should, take with you to your next opportunity and carry with you for the rest of your life. Best to remember nobody owes you gainful employment, competitive income, valuable work experience and, for most, a killer reference letter - all of which you get to leverage at your next opportunity. On a side note, the CEO has driven the same pickup truck for 7+ years.

Communication has improved and will continue to do so.

    Advice to Management

Keep grinding and leave it all on the field.

    Declined Offer

I applied online. I interviewed at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital.

Pretty straight forward. Nothing too difficult. A phone interview followed by a personal interview. Nice building, theres something about this company though that seemed a little cold. The staff seemed a little disconnected and aloof.
