    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at WATG (Irvine, CA) in August 2016.

Came in for 2 really strong interviews. Was super excited to be a part of their team. They checked my references but never could come at me with an offer. I informed HR and Managing Principal that I had another offer on the table that expired at 12pm on a Friday. They told me they were writing one up but could never produce. I took the other job and later the HR gal called to tell me they were promoting an admin for the position. Which was insulting as I came in with real marketing experience which they obviously don't recognize or appreciate.
