I like what I do and being back in the building industry.good @ what I do. Local office team work together to make business happen

Lack of training and support to grow business the way I would like to.

    Advice to Management

Set up a formal orientation, procedures and training on all programs and the business @ time of hire for new employees. Provide employees with funds to network and marketing materials for when in the field selling and cold calling

I applied online. I interviewed at WCA Waste.

Depending on who you will interview with. Be prepared to listen and ask questions. Ask about training and support. Be brief in your past experience and positive. References were not asked for however be prepared. Also you may go online to have a paper application completed if you desire

    Interview Questions

    • The most unexpected question was when speaking about the challenges in the sales field and with customers, I was asked if anything was good   1 Answer

It was tuff as I came form much higher salaries with my experience. I was unable to negotiate the salary, however the auto package was lacking a great deal so I was able to work on that.
