    Pros

WCI had a great culture and coworkers became family. Everyone worked together to get the job done.

    Cons

New ideas presented by coworkers to make processes and procedures better could have been a little more seriously

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WCI Communities (South Florida, FL) in October 2016.

    Interview

A couple of initial interview type calls and then a scheduled sit-down. The questions were normal interview type questions. It was conducted in an informal fashion with my potential direct boss and his boss in the room.
