I have been working at WCI Communities full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Organized corporate office, fair compensation with the freedom to run the jobs from the field without micromanaging. Very nice finished product

    Cons

Several weak trade partners, at times the work load can be heavy but yet still manageable. Not many cons as this was a great employer

    Advice to Management

More trade partner performance evaluation as some of the trade partners fail to complete their tasks on a timely schedule.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WCI Communities (South Florida, FL) in October 2016.

    Interview

A couple of initial interview type calls and then a scheduled sit-down. The questions were normal interview type questions. It was conducted in an informal fashion with my potential direct boss and his boss in the room.
