    Interview

    I was interviewed in May 2020. My initial interview was with a member of their technical support team. I was asked questions about my educational background and work history. After I passed this interview, I had four 1-1 meetings with the Engineering Manager, Technical Support Representative, HR Representative, and the Interim CEO. I was asked standard behavioral and help desk support questions. All of my interviewers were pleasant and respectful, except for my interview with the Interim Chief Experience Officer. This individual was hostile and disrespectful towards me for reasons that I am not aware of. When I tried to engage with this individual by asking questions about their experiences with the company, they responded with one-word answers. I was left with the impression that they would rather not speak with me. I was disappointed in this individual’s behavior and it does not reflect well on the company.
