    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WIN (What I Need) Family Services (Baltimore, MD) in January 2013.

    Interview

Disorganized and focused on personal feelings and experiences rather than relevant experience. Seemed to be trying to "sell" the position. Focused on who would answer more questions not who was qualified.
