    Pros

Faith-based agency committed to both helping at-risk foster youth and the staff. Very family friendly. Very generous vacation/PTO plan. Leadership is accessible. Monthly CEO addresses brings everyone together to refocus on mission and vision. Core principles of Godliness, Excellence, Teamwork and Service are rewarded.

    Cons

Working with foster youth can be emotionally draining, state requirements are tedious for paperwork
