"In 2002, I started at WIS as an Inventory Manager in Gastonia, NC after completing my schooling at Michigan State University. / was looking for a management position that would allow me to grow with a company and put all of the skills I had learned over the years into practice. This turned out to be an even more exciting and rewarding career then I had ever imagined. During the last five years I have had the opportunity and distinct pleasure of working with the best in the business as well as the most advanced technology in the industry. I went from an Inventory Manager to an AreaManager after only 11 months,then after 12 months I was promoted to aDistrictManager. I have seen the company grow so much and it is still very exciting to know that so many opportunities for growth are still out there .If your idea of a great career is going to an office Monday thruFriday and working 9am-5pm, and then hanging it up when you go home, well keep looking. I was attracted to the opportunity because of the entrepreneurial spirit that existed in the company.     I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WIS International (San Diego, CA) in July 2010.

    Interview

    It was pretty straight forward. I went to a job fair. They gave me the information. I applied online. They called me for an interview. I went to the interview that was a group presentation. Then we were interviewed one on one. The next day they asked if I would like to come in for training. I accepted. But now I am looking up the background of the company and having doubts. But with the economy I need Something no matter how Low the pay is and only part time hours with no guarantee of hours.
