WM UniversalThe company would like to reaffirm that both our Indore and Gurgaon offices will continue to remain closed even after the Government releases advisory to allow people to work from office. We therefore would continue to work-from-home for at least 30 days after the lockdown is lifted. This is in line with our People First Commitment. The company is determined to ensure that all our workplaces, transport vehicles, basic infrastructure are completely safe & secured for our people to work without being worried of their safety, health and wellness. A complete SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), guideline document, policies and procedures for ensuring safe working environment would be issued and distributed which would act as the standard protocol for all our people to follow and operate. We really appreciate all your consistent efforts and performance during this critical BCP Event. Please be safe and continue to excel in your roles & responsibilities as you have demonstrated since the beginning of this unprecedented pandemic.

Waste Management is committed to putting our People First and achieving Success with Integrity. During this uncertain time, CEO has made a commitment to guarantee employees their normal monthly pay. Our Senior Leadership Team do not want our employees to have to worry about their pay while dealing with other matters related to COVID-19. Locally, WM India’s Leadership Team is taking several measures to provide technology and support so that as many employees as possible are able to work from home. Work From Home will continue for the duration of the COVID-19. There is a great deal of unknown right now and the decision on when to reopen our Indore and Gurgaon offices will be based on guidance from the Government and with your safety in mind.
