I worked at WME full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The energy at WME IMG is amazing, from Ari to lower level management, you always feel as though there's always something "BIG" happening. There is an exciting and engaging atmosphere about working in this industry and its reflective from the aesthetic choices to the mail room staff to the interns thriving for the "right" opportunity to prove themselves.

    Cons

Lots of chefs in the kitchen...too many VP, Directors etc...
All of them trying to prove themselves in various areas but working hard!

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WME.

    Interview

I reached out to an agent, through a family friend. Went in to speak with them (be very prepared) about WME, begin an agent and mailroom program. They sent my stuff to HR and I went in for an "informational interview" (be prepared this is an actual interview in disguise) for the mailroom. The mailroom interview was relatively simple; they asked standard questions (not trying to trip you up). Going into my interview the person I interviewed with told me how it would go: I'll speak, then they'll tell me about WME and then I can ask questions. This entire process took about 3-4 months.
