Pros

The people and culture are top notch. I have never worked with a smarter, more passionate or more fun group of human beings. We are not perfect, but we care about each other, and about creating great

Cons

Global integration under a parent company is tough for any organization and comes with expected hurdles - but I feel confident we'll continue to thrive.

I applied online. I interviewed at WONGDOODY (United States) in Oct 2020

    Interview

I had a standard phone screening with someone from HR then had two interviews with people that I would have been working with. Honestly, it was a bit awkward. Both of the employees I spoke with were very vocal about how they hadn't interviewed for this position before and they weren't sure what to ask me. I'm assuming they went in a different direction because they ended up not contacting me for a follow up or a rejection.
