I have been working at WOW! Internet Cable and Phone full-time (Less than a year)
I've never liked a job so much. The culture is warm, engaging, and empowering. We are valued and shown appreciation as employees. I expect to be here a long time.
Honestly can not think of any. Perhaps we're not the biggest in our industry but based on what I've heard about working for our larger competitors, that's not a con.
Advice to Management
Keep investing in people!
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at WOW! Internet Cable and Phone (Denver, CO) in September 2016.
I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition person about a month after submitting my resume and had a phone interview with her. She was very friendly and encouraged open dialog, not just robotic question and answer. She was very helpful in giving me a much better feel for the position and it's responsibilities. She also set-up the follow-up phone and the on-site interviews with the hiring managers. She was very helpful at keeping me informed of where in the process we were. I do wish the entire process hadn't taken quite as much time, but I don't think that was her fault.
