Advice to Management
From time to to time upper Management needs to check on why management at the local Company's of WOW! are helpful to some employees and not others who have Managers out of State.
The rating system used in this slightly flawed because there is differences from WOW! and the local Company's underneath the WOW!

Over the past few weeks I have had a very positive experience with WOW!. The interviewing processes was handled professionally and timely. Communication was clear and well organized. I am overall very impressed with the business and the employees that represent the company. It is highly recommended!
