I have been working at WPP Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I work with an extremely talented and hungry group of people. I was brand new to the industry when I joined and have felt nothing but support and concern for my personal career growth since.

    Cons

Being part of a large international network comes with a bit of red tape and bureaucracy at times.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at WPP Group.

    Interview

Everyone is really nice, warm, welcoming and very down to earth. They asked typical interview questions, but also asked different questions to gage my personality and make sure I would be a good fit.
