    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WSFS Financial (Wilmington, DE) in December 2016.

    Interview

One on one. Basic questions. Very easy going. I met with one person after signing into the building and he was very friendly and very relaxed. The only downfall is that it was the 11th floor and heights aren't my thing. Floor to ceiling windows, yikes!
