I have been working at WSP full-time (More than a year)
Interesting projects, wonderful people, and from the commuting stand point the location can't be beat for NYC employees.
Salaries is average to industry, extremely bureaucratic with the side of the company, very expensive health insurance, limited PTO days
Advice to Management
To retain employees you need to increase PTO days and make benefits more affordable. The level of bureaucracy is insane. 10 people are doing a job that 1 person can do.
I applied online. I interviewed at WSP (Herndon, VA) in July 2017.
Applied online. Was contacted 2 weeks later for a phone interview. A week after the phone interview, was invited for an in-person interview. Interviewed separately with 5 people and then was taken to lunch by 2 employees that were at about the same level as me. Was asked to provide a short writing sample after lunch. Everyone was incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. Process was very professional and they maintained communication throughout. Received an offer a little over a week after the in-person interview.
