    WSRP is a full service public accounting firm started in 1985 and has grown to 100 professionals. We take pride in building an awesome work culture so that our teams can deliver world class service to our valued clients. Outside of a terrific compensation, benefits, and perks package, our staff have monthly 1x1 lunches with leaders. We use these lunches to connect on an individual basis and to find out how we can continuously improve our work environment. It's important to us that each team member receive individual mentoring, and what better way than to do that through lunch!
