At WTW, we’re champions of innovation, constantly challenging current ways of thinking to find dynamic new ways to capitalize on the opportunities around us. Innovation isn’t constrained to a single location, which is why we take a bold approach to work that’s focused more on the work itself, as opposed to where the work gets done. So, whether you work remotely, in the office or a hybrid of the two, come and see how WTW can work for you. Learn more on our careers site.

    Interview

Brief 15 minute phone screen and then two hour long interviews. Met with 3 people the first round, 6 people the second round. All virtual - used a cool web interview platform. Questions and interviews were very casual and conversational - no tough STAR interview questions.
