I applied online. I interviewed at WaFd Bank (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2020

    Interview

I received a phone call from the Seattle HR department for WaFd. The initial phone call was vetting me for the next step which would be to interview at the local branch that was hiring. I was then set up with an appointment and given the name and time I would be meeting with the branch manager.
    Interview

They ask you to tell them about yourself and why you would be good for the position offered.
