I have been working at Wade Trim full-time
Friendly and professional work environment.
Employees are encouraged to grow professionally.
As a young employee, no real complaints.
However, senior employees work extremely long hours.
It seems to be part of the culture, but does not encourage 40-hour work-life balance.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Wade Trim.
I worked as an intern, then was hired full time upon graduation. I had made some contact while working as an intern, and they decided they liked my work ethic and personality. I worked there four years and it was pretty good.
