Excellent sales managers, top notch product. Decent training excellent technology tools. IT has moved to iPhones and Salesforce for CRM, which integrates well.
Operations limits sales as they look after their bottom line and bonus, not what is best for the company or the customer. Head office is in Edmonton, which limits some administration functions to starting at noon in the east.
Advice to Management
Do a better job of hiring operations managers. promote people based on merit, not whether you are drinking buddies. Police operations managers more diligently. Work on establishing, then promoting a corporate culture, because you have none.
