    Application

    The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walker Advertising (New York, NY).

    Interview

    At first, things moved quickly, with the initial contact, first round of interviews, an electronic assessment, and a panel interview all happening within 10 days. The first round seemed to be more of an interest gauge than anything, with more detailed questions happening during the panel interview.

    The panel interview was going nicely, the first two conversations going well and providing more color about the team and role. The last person I spoke to seemed disinterested and disorganized since the role was outside of her team.

    After the panel interview, radio silence. I followed up twice before dismissing the role altogether, figuring they'd gone with another candidate. Any sort of reply would have sufficed.
