Walser – Why Work For Us?

Walser Auto Group Has a Dealership for You!

At some point, the car sales industry seems to have lost its way. Most dealerships try to attract customers and then overwhelm them by using flashy signs, unnecessarily elaborate buildings, bewildering sales lingo and complicated negotiations. Bucking the trend, Walser Auto Group draws in customers new and old the natural way: with top-quality automobiles, a sales experience focused squarely on the customer's needs and a little ol'-fashioned common sense.

At our Minnesota car dealerships, we threw out the negotiation nonsense to provide our customers with what they wanted in the first place -- a simple, quick and stress-free shopping experience. At our lots, there are absolutely no negotiations. There is no aggressive haggling required to buy vehicles at the price they should have been at the beginning. Our sales people don't bully you into paying more or distract you with complicated sales processes. At our Walser Auto Group dealerships, every vehicle we sell is marked with the Walser Best Price, meaning the lowest price we can offer. We can do that because none of our sales team members are paid on commission or excessively stressed by "The Bottom Line." That means they can focus on assisting you and selling you the car you love at the price you expect -- and they'll do so with a smile!

If you've seen a car on the street or in an advertisement that you'd like to buy, trust us -- we've got it. We have 11 different dealerships with a veritable army of cars, trucks, SUVs and minivans. Nine of them specialize in different car brands, and the remaining two dealerships are your one-stop shop for pre-owned cars of any style and made by any automaker. We're happy to buy cars from you as well, so you can bet we sell models from every automaker you would expect. Browse our inventory either in person or through our website to start your search, or use our convenientCarFinder tool to track down the elusive perfect ride that you've been dreaming of for weeks.

Walser invests in the people and organizations in the communities in which we live and work through charitable giving and volunteerism.  Walser Automotive Group donates 5% of pre-tax earnings to the Walser Foundation and is a proud member of the Minnesota Keystone Program.

Mission and Focus - We believe that every child deserves a bright future, and every person should have the opportunity to reach his or her full potential.  Access to education and career training make this possible.  The Walser Foundation provides grants to organizations that benefit education at all levels, as well as those organizations that help build a strong workforce for the future.  Our mission is to increase access to high-quality programs - from pre-K to post-secondary - in the Twin Cities and Wichita communities.

Eligibility - The Walser Foundation provides grants to organizations that are tax-exempt and publicly supported under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Contributions will not be made in support of:  individuals, loans or investments, political or lobbying organizations, and sectarian/denominational religious organizations, except where funds are to be used in direct interest of the entire community.

The Walser Foundation primarily makes operating and program grants. Capital grants will receive a lower priority and will largely be made to organizations with which we have a history of support and/or significant employee involvement.

Walser Employee Volunteerism

Walser Foundation provides volunteer opportunities for our employees to join us and our local non-profit partners as we work together to build healthy and safe communities. We believe by working together we can create positive change in our community. Last year Walser employees and their families donated more than 1000 volunteer hours.

Fun environment to work in. Plenty to learn and opportunities to grow. Great Company for aquiring the right skills in a changing industry.

Working every saturday. Pay plan not incentivized enough to make a good living. The sales incentives are set to be almost unatainable.

    Advice to Management

Do not let your emploees burn out. Too many responsibilities for the pay.
