    Pros

You are paid and have some opportunities for creativity

    Cons

The publisher/owner Jerry Cave is a nutcase! Has no idea how to manage, how to get along with others. Doesn't know what he wants, so he hires people that know what they're doing and then doesn't listen to what they have to say. He has ADD and changes his mind on a regular, often hourly, basis. He is a salesman that decided to "publish" a "magazine" that is nothing more than a multi-page ad. He is mean, rude, and unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

Find a different line of work.
