Applied through school job listing. Contacted by phone to schedule a phone interview. Go through my resume. Asked about why you want to apply this job, your previous experience in C++, rate your proficiency in C++ in 1 to 100 scale, tell him what you think the most difficult thing you encountered when you programmed C++. And asked about what other firms you are interviewing.
