Advice to Management
None, it is a great workplace.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waterfront International in June 2017.
Started with a call with their HR. The HR didn't say much to 'sell' the position or the company in terms of nature of work, perks, etc. Gave the impression that they were doing a favour by just talking to me. After that they wanted me to do an online coding challenge. I don't like doing coding challenges unless they are on a whiteboard being watched by another person live. There is no room to communicate your approach, and gives the impression that the company is spending zero energy in getting to know the candidate. I didn't make it past the challenge and wasn't given any feedback as to why.
