    Average Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Waterworks in April 2017.

Initial telephone interview after submitting my resume online. The HR rep did most of the speaking, in a rushed energy like she either had too much on her plate or was going through the motions. Not a positive first impression. Discovered that the inside sales position required outside sales (not mentioned in the job posting). Lots of emphasis on being number$ driven, no talk of a team culture or how it was a great company to work for. The HR rep made the decision easy for me to cross Waterworks off my list of potential employers.
