I have been working at Watkins Wellness full-time (More than 5 years)
They are quite supportive. They offer trainings (like weekly Toastmasters Meetings and offer specific trainings throughout the year). They are supportive from the Executive Team down. They allow everyone enough freedom to do their job well and encourage suggestions for improvement.
They offer good insurance, but they do not offer Kaiser Insurance as an option

Keep doing what you are doing (and add Kaiser Insurance as an option)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Watkins Wellness (Vista, CA).
The interview process was very transparent which I appreciated. All of the steps to the hiring process are located on the company website, so I knew what to expect. I had a phone screen, a phone interview with the hiring manager, and a half day in person interview with the hiring manager and the management team. I was really impressed by the Watkins Way and how everyone I talked to seemed really happy working here. The entire process went very smooth, with frequent updates from Watkins and helpful information. They were always available if I had any questions throughout the process.
