I worked at Watson Clinic full-time (More than 3 years)

Blessed to work with one of the most caring and compassionate primary care MD. Loved the team I was with. Patients became like family. Hardest day of my life was to leave them all for new adventures.

As with any work place there was drama created by mid management. Nursing supervisor was overwhelmed with meetings. Some rules applied to some and not all. If you were part of the "crowd" then your life was easy. If not well sorry for your luck. There are some that have been there 20+ years and are absolutely miserable. They stay because they are comfortable but make others miserable.

    Advice to Management

Make all the rules apply to all. There should be no favoritism.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Watson Clinic (New York, NY) in October 2018.

She talked alot and told alot anout job. You get a good picture of how the job is and her managerial style. They like to have fun. She is not a micro manager. Pay 12.59-$15. Was lower than I make.
