      I worked at Wausau Window and Wall Systems (More than 10 years)

      Pros

      Friendly people to work with. There is always work to be done. The products that is shipped get tested quite often to make sure the quality is top notch. It is a clean environment to work in for being a factory setting.

      Cons

      In the summer time the factory is very hot especially in the machining area. Not much air flow besides the barn fans that they use. Pay could be better but for central Wisconsin it is average for your responsibility that you have to preform,

      Advice to Management

      Learn to listen to your workers because if it was not for them you would not be in business.
