Interview

5. No Response after three weeks
I have to say that the technical interview was a bit complex, not because of the difficulty of the questions, but instead because it was pure theory, question after question; at the very least, I would say there were more than 40 questions because interviewer kept on correcting my answers, and then asking: how, why, when, who, etcetera; which of course had an impact on the interview direction and length - I was initially scheduled for a 1hour interview, but it ended up lasting longer (almost 2 hours) There were different topics, starting from my experience in projects and coding in general, moving on to catchy ISTQB-related questions, API testing, Github, CI/CD, Test Cases Management, JIRA, Selenium, design patterns, methodologies, automation refactoring, and others.
The interviewer was very knowledgeable, which is excellent, but keeping topics separate from the interview's purpose would be a good idea. How did we end up discussing functional programming, OWASP, templating, and some other dev stuff for this role?
After all the time invested in the process, the interviewer said I'd be contacted very soon, but I am still waiting after three weeks.InterviewWhat is the difference between quality assurance and quality control?
