Decent Company that appears to care about their employees
Management has no leadership. Never seem to address any issues other than talking about how they should address the issues.
Advice to Management
Step outside of your bubble & see that you're failing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wawanesa Mutual (San Diego, CA) in April 2017.
Applied online for inbound sales position, then contacted a week later via email for phone interview. Had to contact recruiter after no response on phone interview email for 3-4 days and multiple emails sent. Phone interview then leads to recruiter trying to push me into customer service rep role I didn't apply for. Told me I was not qualified for the sales position and I had no call center experience, even though I did(3-4 years) and we had not even discussed my work history yet. Recruiter seemed confused and asked some ridiculous questions(see below). Cancelled second interview after bait and switch on the position I applied for.
