Unprofessional process. Did phone screen with the recruiter, then moved on to the hiring manager interview. Hiring manager never introduced himself. Wasn't selected but was told that I would be the first person contacted when a new posting for the same position became available. A couple months later I received an email from the recruiter asking me to apply to a new posting. It was the same job description rebranded with a new title. Applied to the posting as requested and never heard back from the company until I received a rejection letter about 3 months later.InterviewHiring manager that interviewed me used incorrect industry terms. He seemed unclear on what exactly this job entailed. Never introduced himself or explained his position in the company and how it relates to the role. Hammered me about one question in particular and then kept interrupting me when I was answering his question.
