    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Way Station (Frederick, MD).

    Interview

I had one interview that went well. It was held with the department's director as well as other program managers. It was pretty standard. No unusual questions. It's good to have some examples of past scenarios you have dealt with at previous jobs.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

The only point of negotiating had to do with a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely.
