I worked at Wayne Farms LLC full-time (More than a year)

Co workers treated you like family. The year was 2005 not 2012

One manager told me things you should not tell another human being, but in general a nice place to work.

    Advice to Management

Be careful how and what you say to employees, I blew it off, most employees would not.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Wayne Farms LLC (Oakwood, GA) in June 2016.

The process was fast; from time of application to call was less than a week. I did the phone interview the same day, took the assessment that evening and had my first interview the next day. The first interview consisted of 3 interview with key department staff, the first an hour and the remaining 2 were 30 minutes each. It was scheduled for 2 hours but ended up being 3. The second interview was with 5 key staff members the position would interact with and a lunch interview with the team. In total it was about 6 hours. A lot of repeated questions, many of the interviews can be panel or group interviews to avoid long interviewing and duplicated questions.
