I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Waypoint Homes.
Very unprofessional interview process, I completed 2 phone interviews, one with an HR specialist and one with the hiring manager. After the phone interviews I was asked to come onsite for a formal interview with multiple team members. The interview went really well in my opinion, but at times it had seemed like the people I was speaking with had never conducted an interview before. The majority of the interview consisted of them asking me what questions I had about the company, then them responding with short one sentence responses. It was like pulling teeth to keep the conversations going, I felt like I was interviewing an awkward shy high school student instead of being the one being interviewed. After the interview a week or so had gone by and the lady from HR said I was still in the running they've just been a little behind, and would let me know soon where they're at. I felt like I was just being strung along, the whole process was terrible and I still haven't heard back yet. Regardless this is not a company I'd like to work for if such a simple process is so difficult for them.
