Interview
The interview process consisted of 7 different steps, including 2 technical challenges. The second technical challenge was poorly organised without a clear objective. Unfortunately, after spending more than 10 hours in the whole process and getting to the final round the company decided to not proceed because of the starting date, as they were looking for someone ASAP. Your hiring process has a significant flaw if you with know the starting date of the candidate from the first round and put them through a 7-step interview process only to drop the offer at the final stage due to the need for someone sooner. Furthermore, I kindly requested feedback at the end of the process which had no response. It's the least a company can do after putting a candidate through this.InterviewFirst round: "what's your available starting date?"
