Family friendly environment, great commission structure (paid out monthly and quarterly), management and support staff all work very hard as do sellers. great opportunity for growth. Great forward thinking use of weather data in the iOT space. As a sales rep you run your own business.
need more engineers to update products. Need to get more scale of users. more support staff would be nice.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WeatherBug (Germantown, MD).
Got the initial call through a recruiter and then a phone interview followed by a face-face. Most questions are pretty basic since its a beginner role. SQL questions mostly and some questions on my background and what interests me in the role.
Since I went through another recruiting firm, didnt have much room to negotiate.
