Small close knit group of people. Very much a family atmosphere. Great group of clients. They make an effort to keep the entire company in the loop, on current projects, technology, and industry updates.
A LOT of politics. No room for clashing personalities. Does not allow for growth. Senior management does not trust the level below. Lots of micromanaging. Does not see potential in people. Change in leadership has lead to a focus on the work instead of on the people.
Advice to Management
Open up your eyes. See the potential of those around you. See what's working and what's not. Don't be afraid to make decisions at a senior level that could result in scary but great outcomes.
