I have been working at WebMD Health full-time (Less than a year)
Great coworkers. Lots of very smart people. I wake up every morning excited to come into work. They treat you like an adult here. No one is watching the clock to see what time you come in (as long as you're not abusing that privilege :P) Tons of perks as well! AMAZING view of Portland, kick-ass barista robots that make you free coffee, and tons of cheap vending machine options (subsidized, so everything is around $.25-$.50), AND free fresh fruit. Seriously, this place is amazing and I've loved every minute so far.
I haven't had this issue, but I hear parking can sometimes be a problem.
I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at WebMD Health (Portland, OR).
Initial phone interview. Another phone interview with a different person. In person 1/2 day on site interview stuck in a windowless conference room and people rotating through. Additional 10 minute "interviews" with executives--more like a meet and greet tour with some questions. Over six weeks pass. Another phone interview with HR to discuss offer and drug testing, salary requirements, background check. The whole process took over 4 months.
