If you know the turnover rate is high in agencies, make sure to keep hiring so your middle tier managers don't get burned out
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at WebMetro (California) (San Dimas, CA).
After passing an initial phone screening they'll bring you in for an in-person interview with 4-5 people.
For entry-level positions they're mainly looking for cultural fit so don't worry if you don't have a deep skill-set.
