Our internship program introduces students to the construction industry, the dynamics of our team, and the roles and responsibilities of a Project Engineer at Webcor.

Program Details:

  • 3-6 month program
  • Paid position
  • Provides a hands on working experience
  • Offers Training and mentorship in the construction industry

Available to students interested in, or pursuing a degree in:

  • Construction Management
  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Architecture
  • An accredited Construction Management Certificate program

No prior construction industry working experience necessary.


The cross-training program focuses on our most valuable asset – our employees – to help set and achieve their own career goals.     - Competitive Salary and superior benefits than most competing contractors in the area
    - If you are seriously considering working for a contractor that is a builder and not just a management firm, Webcor is the right place for you
    - Webcor has several Self-performing groups which set them apart from most general contractors
    - They promote innovation and technology and give you ALL the tools and training to your hearts content. Which translates into a group of highly-talented and successful builders across the board. Many other contractors withhold these types of training's and technologies which does not promote growth.
    - Large, high-profile, & fast paced projects have you surrounded in the endless ability to learn and work towards your career goals
    - The company could not be what it is today without all the excellent, highly-motivated, talented, and high-caliber people which make it what it is today

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Webcor (San Francisco, CA) in January 2017.


    I received a call from HR and had a phone interview. The HR representative was professional and had my second interview scheduled within a week. The second interview was with two VP's who asked me why I wanted to work for Webcor.
