Efficient, accurate and buttoned-up work from the beginning to the end of each project. Coworkers work together far more than they compete, and managers are willing to go above and beyond to find you good work. Global network creates a variety of opportunities. Very forward-thinking office attitude.
Office culture and day-to-day often lags behind the idealism of those at the top. Salary is low for the industry, especially if you start your career here.
Advice to Management
As the offices across the globe continue to interact and work together, don't forget that it's small, tight and scrappy teams that best get the work done - we don't want to act 'corporate.'
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick.
Was contacted directly by Weber recruiting and a week later I interviewed with 5 people. No one from HR came to meet me after the interview, which was odd, in my experience they begin and end the interviews.
I sent thank you and two follow up emails and never received a response. Even a simple response that they decided to hire someone else or look for someone with different experience.
