Keep holding your employees to high standards, get rid of people who don't care. I applaud that! Perhaps consider matching 401k contributions. Continue to innovate that's been such a great part of our growth!

it was quick and painless. The HR director was very nice and professional, the managers were friendly and asked alot of questions. You could tell they only want experienced people which means they give a quality service!
